Hot Air Sterilisers
These Weisstechnik, Hot Air Sterilisers, SteriEvent, are for cleanroom classes ISO 5 and ISO 7 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1.
They allow for quick, safe and cost-effective sterilisation of your products and as they only use hot air, sterilise at high temperatures making other procedures such as using chemicals redundant.
In these Hot Air Sterilisers for ISO 5, the filter is an absolute filter (HEPA) and is placed directly in front of the air intake. This laminar flow technology ensures a laminar streaming condition with excellent homogeneous temperature distribution.
The SteriEvent ISO 7 circulates air continuously and evenly throughout the chamber, resulting in minimal deviations in temperature. Glass item, such as vials, injection bottles and infusion bottles or other items which are made of thermally stable material can be sterilised or depyrogenized up to 350oC.
Features available with these Hot Air Sterilisers:
- Safe sterilisation temperatures (throughout the full sterilisation) of up to 2500C and 350oC
- Vötsch Technik sterilisers comply with the DIN EN ISO 20857:2013 standard
- ISO 5 or ISO 7 clean room class in accordance to DIN EN ISO 14644-1
